Call History allows IP Console application users to search the call history of past calls handled by attendants. Users can search the Call History's database for previous calls by entering a person's name, a specified period of time, a phone number, and so forth.
Call History maintains a system-wide database of all incoming calls. It records the following:
name and number of the caller
the time and date of the call
the name and number of the party the call was transferred to
the call type, for example, answered, held, parked, transferred, outgoing (see Call History List for more details)
Call History provides a database of calls that can be used with Transfer Assistant. This feature allows users to see a history of calls associated with an incoming caller. For example, when a call comes in, the user will see a list of the most frequently called numbers and the most recently called numbers associated with the incoming caller.
Call History is limited if you are working in Teleworker mode. Your Call History contains only the Call History records for the calls you make from your location.

Enter the date only to search for a specific day (An example of the local format is shown in the time display in bottom right hand corner of the application, for example, mm/dd/yyyy.)
start_date - end_date - to search call records for a specific time, for example, to search call records from 1st Dec 2008 to 15th Dec 2008, enter 12/01/2008 &endash; 12/15/2008. In this example, the console locale time format is mm/dd/yyyy. Attendant will need to enter the date in console locale time format.
